Wolverine, Glow and KLOW are supplier names for combinations, and all three are built on the same pair: BPC-157 and TB-500. The differences are additions — a copper peptide for one, a copper peptide plus an anti-inflammatory fragment for the other. Naming aside, a blend is nothing more than its parts sharing a vial.
The recipes
| Blend | Components | Usual framing |
|---|---|---|
| Wolverine Stack | BPC-157 + TB-500 | Tissue repair — the base pair |
| Glow | BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu | Skin quality and cosmetic repair |
| KLOW | BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu + KPV | Repair plus gut and skin inflammation |
What each component brings
BPC-157 is a synthetic fragment derived from a gastric-juice protein, with a large preclinical literature on tendon, muscle and gastrointestinal repair — animal-model evidence almost throughout. TB-500 is the active fragment of thymosin beta-4, the region that binds actin; its research record centres on cell migration and wound closure. The two are stacked because their described mechanisms differ — one leans on new blood-vessel formation, the other on getting repair cells to the site.
GHK-Cu, the addition that turns Wolverine into Glow, is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide with a genuine human literature in topical skin studies — collagen synthesis and remodelling. KPV, which turns Glow into KLOW, is the three-residue tail of alpha-MSH studied for anti-inflammatory signalling, mostly in gut models; its record is the thinnest of the four.
What a blend cannot claim
No study has tested Wolverine, Glow or KLOW as a formulation. Every citation behind these names belongs to a component studied alone, so a blend's evidence is exactly the evidence of its weakest part — and combining four peptides multiplies unknowns as surely as mechanisms. This library therefore records blends as their parts: the interaction checker expands a stack into pairwise component checks, and each blend page carries its components' graded indications rather than inventing a grade for the mixture.
The arithmetic also changes. A combination vial fixes the ratio between components, so reconstitution maths that is simple for one peptide has to be done per component for a blend — worth working through on paper before the water goes in.
Choosing between them
Read the component monographs and decide which mechanisms the research question actually needs. Each step from Wolverine to Glow to KLOW adds a documented mechanism — and an additional compound whose evidence must stand on its own.
Blends are research recipes, not evaluated products. Nothing here endorses combining compounds, and no figure is a dose for a person.
